**OPTIONAL: use 1-2 TBSP of maple syrup instead of the simple syrup


  1. Make your simple syrup: 
    • To a small pot at ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and red chili flakes. Heat over medium whisking until sugar is dissolved and syrup gently bubbles. Strain to remove chili flakes. Refrigerate until cool.
      ** OPTIONAL: use maple syrup instead of making this simple syrup **
    • Blend the syrup with the herbs and purée until smooth and green. Pass through a strainer and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. (Makes enough for 3 mocktails).
  1. Make your bone broth as directed on the packet.
  2. Combine the broth and 1-2 tbsp of your Thai-infused syrup to a mug, stir well.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint or Thai basil leaves.
  4. Sip and ENJOY the gut healing benefits of bone broth!
