Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Bone Brewhouse Thai Coconut instant bone broth
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
- 1 cup mix of cilantro/mint/thai basil leaves (1 cup total)
- Fresh mint/thai basil leaves to garnish
**OPTIONAL: use 1-2 TBSP of maple syrup instead of the simple syrup
Directions:
- Make your simple syrup:

To a small pot at ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and red chili flakes. Heat over medium whisking until sugar is dissolved and syrup gently bubbles. Strain to remove chili flakes. Refrigerate until cool.
** OPTIONAL: use maple syrup instead of making this simple syrup **
- Blend the syrup with the herbs and purée until smooth and green. Pass through a strainer and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. (Makes enough for 3 mocktails).
- Make your bone broth as directed on the packet.
- Combine the broth and 1-2 tbsp of your Thai-infused syrup to a mug, stir well.
- Garnish with fresh mint or Thai basil leaves.
