Our tantalizing Thai Coconut & Bone Broth Salmon is infused with exotic flavors and creamy coconut goodness, with an added boost of nutrients and flavor from our bone broth.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 filets of salmon
- Your preferred oil for sauteing/frying
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 bok choy bunches, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 ¾ cups coconut milk
- 1 packet Thai Coconut bone broth
- 1.5 cups water
- 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- basil leaves to garnish

steamed Jasmine rice or flatbread for serving
Instructions:
- Add oil to a pan and sear your salmon for 3 mins each side, then remove the salmon from the pan.
- Add oil and saute onions, garlic, ginger for a few minutes.
- Add red pepper, tomato paste, curry, seasonings, and saute until fragrant.
- Add bok choy, bone broth packet, water, and coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10 mins approx.
- Serve with rice.
