  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup basmati rice, rinsed
  • 1-2 Bone Brewhouse Thai Coconut Instant Chicken Bone Broth packets
  • Garnish (optional):
    • Fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Toasted coconut flakes
    • Lime wedges


  1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch from the rice.
  2. In a saucepan, bring coconut milk to simmer before adding a packet or two of Bone Brewhouse Thai Coconut Instant Chicken Bone Broth.
  3. Stir well to dissolve before adding the rinsed basmati rice.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan with a tight-fitting lid. Allow the rice to simmer for about 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender. Avoid lifting the lid while the rice is cooking to ensure even cooking.
  5. After the rice is cooked, remove the saucepan from heat and let it sit, covered, for an additional 5 minutes. This allows the rice to steam and fluff up.
  6. Remove the lid and fluff the rice gently with a fork. Taste and season with salt, as needed, and serve.
