Thai Coconut Bone Broth Quinoa Slaw

Bright, fresh, and packed with flavor! This Thai-inspired quinoa slaw gets an extra boost of protein, nutrients and flavor with our Thai Coconut bone broth. Perfect for a quick, healthy summer meal.
Ingredients for dressing:
- ⅛ cup nut or seed butter
- 1.5 tbsp coconut aminos/soy sauce
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ juiced lime
- ½ packet Thai Coconut bone broth
- Water to thin
Ingredients for the rest of the slaw:
- ½ cup quinoa uncooked
- 1 cup water
- Green onions chopped (your desired amount)
- 4-5 cups of a mix of cabbage/carrots/kale
- ½ packet Thai Coconut bone broth
- Chopped almonds (your desired amount)
How to:
- Make your quinoa as directed (1 cup water, ½ cup quinoa and ½ packet bone broth).
- Mix all ingredients for the dressing.
- Assemble the salad and enjoy!
