Thai Coconut Bone Broth Quinoa Slaw

Ingredients for dressing:

  •  ⅛ cup nut or seed butter 
  •  1.5 tbsp coconut aminos/soy sauce
  •  ½ tbsp maple syrup
  •  ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  •  ½ tbsp sesame oil
  •  ½ juiced lime
  •  ½ packet Thai Coconut bone broth
  •  Water to thin

Ingredients for the rest of the slaw:

  •  ½ cup quinoa uncooked
  •  1 cup water
  •  Green onions chopped (your desired amount)
  •  4-5 cups of a mix of cabbage/carrots/kale
  •  ½ packet Thai Coconut bone broth
  •  Chopped almonds (your desired amount)

How to:

  1. Make your quinoa as directed (1 cup water, ½ cup quinoa and ½ packet bone broth).
  2. Mix all ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Assemble the salad and enjoy!
