Thai Coconut Bone Broth Meatballs

Dinnertime just got a little more exciting! These scrumptious Thai Coconut Bone Broth meatballs are infused with exotic flavors including our instant bone broth – which also adds an extra boost of protein and nutrients. Quick to make and bursting with flavor, it's a winning combination that's delicious and nutritious.
INGREDIENTS:
Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
- 1 packet Thai Coconut bone broth
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- Pinch red pepper flakes

Optional garnishes: chives, green onions, sesame seeds
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil (or olive oil)
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha
DIRECTIONS:

Add all of the meatball ingredients to a large bowl and mix together.

Portion out about 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture and form into meatballs with damp hands.

Place meatballs on the baking sheet and bake in the oven on 425 for 15 minutes, turn and bake for another 15 minutes, until meatballs are brown and fully cooked on the inside.

While the meatballs cook, add all of the sauce ingredients to a medium pot and whisk together. Cook over medium heat until the sauce comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer until the sauce thickens up.
- Toss the meatballs with the sauce, garnish, and serve with rice, grains, or another side dish. Or serve on its own as an appetizer. Enjoy!
