  • ½ packet Lemon Ginger Instant Bone Broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½–1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp tahini or cashew butter
  • Salad
  • Arugula
  • Snap peas, halved
  • Radishes, thinly sliced
  • Mini cucumbers, sliced
  • Crispy air-fried tofu (soy or soy free)

Instructions
