- ½ packet Lemon Ginger Instant Bone Broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½–1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp tahini or cashew butter
- Salad
- Arugula
- Snap peas, halved
- Radishes, thinly sliced
- Mini cucumbers, sliced
- Crispy air-fried tofu (soy or soy free)
