These bone broth chickpeas are the ultimate guilt-free snack—crispy, flavorful, and supercharged with protein, fiber, nutrients and flavor. The secret? Ingredients:
- 1 packet Lemon Ginger bone broth
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed, drained, and dried
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil (enough to coat the chickpeas)
How to:

Rinse, drain, and pat dry your chickpeas.

Add them to a bowl with olive oil, instant bone broth, and salt to taste. Mix.

Place them in a single layer in the air fryer or a very hot oven until nice and crispy (about 425 degrees for approximately 11 mins). if they are not crispy yet, lower the heat and keep them in the oven/air fryer until crispy and dry. Enjoy!
