Protein-rich Chocolatey Bone Broth Cookies

They’re free of refined sugar, high in protein, grain free, gluten free AND they add a hidden 15g of protein per batch (you won't even know it’s in there, and neither will the kiddos)! 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet Naked bone broth
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sugar OR 3-4  tbsp  maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 egg or flax egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out 9 cookies.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
