Ingredients:
- Olive oil (to sauté garlic and onions)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 pound extra lean, ground beef, turkey, or chicken
- 4 tablespoons chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of water
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of red kidney beans
- 1-2 packets Homestyle bone broth
How to:

Sauté onion, garlic, and red pepper.

Add meat and cook through.
