Pickled Tuna Salad with Bone Broth

Who knew tuna salad could be this crunchy, flavorful and even more nutritious? Packed with flavor, it gets an extra boost of protein and nutrients from the bone broth. Easy, satisfying and delicious, it’s perfect for a quick and healthy meal or snack!
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna
- ¼ cup of chopped pickles
- ¼ cup chopped cucumbers
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt/mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- salt and pepper
- ½ a packet of Naked instant bone broth
- Optional: fresh dill
Directions:

Drain cans of tuna and add the tuna to a bowl.

Chop up pickles, cucumber, celery and add to the bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the mayo/greek yogourt, Dijon, pickle juice, instant bone broth, salt and pepper. Then mix into the tuna bowl.

Toast bread and add tuna salad on top. Top with a few extra pickles and fresh dill and crunch away!
