  • 1 cup high protein pasta of choice (e.g. Chickapea, Banza, Marias, etc)
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant milk)
  • 1 packet Naked instant bone broth
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • Optional garnishes: (chives, green onions, stewed tomatoes, pepper flakes, grated parmesan or cheddar, etc.)


  1. Cook pasta as directed. 
  2. Sauce: in a blender, combine cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, milk, bone broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 
  3. Add cooked pasta and sauce to a pot to warm.
  4. Serve with your favorite garnishes. 

Tip: enjoy with a side salad or cooked veggies for extra nutrients.
