INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup high protein pasta of choice (e.g. Chickapea, Banza, Marias, etc)
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant milk)
- 1 packet Naked instant bone broth
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- Optional garnishes: (chives, green onions, stewed tomatoes, pepper flakes, grated parmesan or cheddar, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook pasta as directed.
- Sauce: in a blender, combine cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, milk, bone broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add cooked pasta and sauce to a pot to warm.
- Serve with your favorite garnishes.
