Gut-Healing Bone Broth Soup

This hearty, GUT-HEALING bone broth soup features a number of important ingredients for a happy and healthy gut. Bonus: it’s also packed with protein, which’ll keep you full and satisfied. Recipe below.
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1 diced onions. Sauté until onions are translucent.
2. Add 1-2 diced potatoes and sauté for a few more minutes.
3. Pour in 5 cups of water and 2 packets of Naked instant bone broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
4. Add in 1 can of lentils, ½ a can of black beans, ½ a bunch of chopped Swiss chard, and 100g of diced fermented tofu. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the flavors combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
This stew will have a rich, flavorful broth with the earthiness of the beans and lentils, a slight tang from the fermented tofu, and the hearty goodness of potatoes and Swiss chard.
