Fiber & Protein-Packed Warm Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 3 packets Homestyle instant bone broth
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups green beans, chopped
  • 1 bunch celery, chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • How to:
  1. Wash and roughly chop all vegetables and parsley.
  2. Heat the water in a large pot. Just before it reaches a boil, add the instant bone broth packets and stir until dissolved. (The bone broth powder dissolves more easily when the water isn’t fully boiling.)
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and stir. Bring to a gentle boil for a few minutes, then turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let the vegetables soften for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Allow it to cool slightly, then blend until smooth.

Makes approximately 6–8 servings, or enough for about 3–4 days.
