Hearty, easy to make, and totally restaurant-worthy, this shakshuka is loaded with protein and fiber — a cozy, nourishing, one-pan meal that hits any time of day.
Top with herbs, a sprinkle of cheese, and crusty sourdough for the full experience.
Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp ground cayenne or chili flakes (optional)
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 28oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 packet Naked instant bone broth
- 6 eggs
Optional:
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cheese for topping e.g. feta or goat cheese

Fresh bread/sourdough for serving
Instructions:
- Sauté onions and garlic.
- Add spices and mix for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped red pepper and mix.
- Add diced tomatoes.
- Add bone broth packet and stir.
- Let simmer for about 10 mins.
- Crack in your eggs and cover until they are cooked to your preference.
- Top with parsley and cheese and serve with fresh sourdough. Enjoy!
