Easy one-pan bone broth shakshuka

Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin 
  • ¼ tsp ground cayenne or chili flakes (optional) 
  • 1 red pepper, chopped 
  • 28oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet Naked instant bone broth
  • 6 eggs 

Optional: 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Cheese for topping e.g. feta or goat cheese
  • Fresh bread/sourdough for serving 

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onions and garlic.
  2. Add spices and mix for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add chopped red pepper and mix.
  4. Add diced tomatoes.
  5. Add bone broth packet and stir.
  6. Let simmer for about 10 mins.
  7. Crack in your eggs and cover until they are cooked to your preference. 
  8. Top with parsley and cheese and serve with fresh sourdough. Enjoy!
