Ingredients:
- 2-3 zucchini
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 packet Lemon Ginger instant bone broth
- ¼ cup tapioca flour or regular flour
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Slice your zucchini into rounds.
- Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, instant bone broth, bread crumbs in a bowl.
- Dip into flour, then into egg, then into bread crumb mixture.
- Airfry at approximately 400F until crispy. You can also bake at 425 degrees in an oven. Timing will vary, keep an eye on them and remove from oven or air fryer when done to your liking.
