Crispy onion ring chips

These cheesy onion ring chips are blowing up the internet for good reason: they’re simple, crunchy, and seriously addictive. All you need is thin-sliced onion, cheese, and instant bone broth — and you’ve got a low-carb, gluten-free snack that totally satisfies. We gave this a protein bump by adding our Lemon Ginger bone broth over the cheese before baking — it adds protein, nutrients, and some zing! Easy to prep, fun to eat, and perfect with your favorite dip.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 sweet white onions, sliced thin 
  • Parmesan, grated (you decide how cheesy you want it)
  • Swiss cheese, grated (you decide amount)
  • Lemon Ginger instant bone broth

Note: add equal amounts of both cheeses.

How to:

  1. Spray a piece of parchment paper with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle grated cheese and instant bone broth together in one layer. 
  3. Add your onions on top, spaced out in rows (do not overlap). 
  4. Add more cheese and bone broth powder. 
  5. Bake until crispy and melted (about 375 or 400 F - keep a close eye so it doesn’t burn!)
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and devouring!
