Ingredients:
- 1 large orange peeled
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana peeled (can be frozen or not frozen)
- 1 large knob of ginger
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 big grind of black pepper
- 1 cup of water
- 1 packet Lemon Ginger bone broth
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
