Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 sweet potatoes
- Avocado oil
- 1 packet Lemon Ginger instant bone broth
- Salt to taste
- Optional: parsley or other herbs for garnish
How to:
- Slice your sweet potato into wedges.
- Coat with instant bone broth, avocado, oil, and salt.
- Air fry or bake at high heat (around 375 - 400°F) until caramelized and soft inside.
