Ingredients:
- 400-600g of green beans
- 1 packet Bone Brewhouse Lemon Ginger bone broth
- ½ lemon juiced
- Salt to taste
- ⅛ cup hot water
- 1 shallot chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Toasted almonds
Instructions:
- Wash green beans.
- Steam them for a few minutes only, they should still have a slight crunch.
- Dunk them in an ice bath and then drain.
- Mix lemon juice, water and bone broth.
- Sautée shallot and garlic in olive oil.
- Add bone broth mixture and green beans and heat through.
- Plate and top with toasted almonds. Enjoy!
