High-Protein Pasta Bolognese

Our super high-protein pasta bolognese combines protein-rich beef, high-protein pasta, and protein-rich bone broth for a quick and healthy but deliciously comforting meal everyone will love. 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet Naked instant bone broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • High protein pasta
  • Optional garnishes: basil, parsley or Parmesan

How to:

  1. Sauté garlic and onions in oil. 
  2. Add in beef and saute until cooked through. 
  3. Add in marinara sauce and instant bone broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. 
  4. Cook pasta according to directions on package. 
  5. Add pasta to the sauce and combine. 
  6. Serve with optional toppings like basil, parsley, and Parmesan. Buon appetito!
