Bone broth caesar salad dessing

This high-protein bone broth Caesar salad dressing recipe is a delicious, healthy twist on the classic. Made with creamy Greek yogurt and nutrient-rich bone broth, it’ll keep you feeling full and satisfied way longer than the regular version!  

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Naked bone broth
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp dijon
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp water to thin
  • ½ tsp salt or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp anchovy paste, or chopped anchovies
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Parmesan (to top salad)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  2. Wash and chop romaine.
  3. Mix dressing with romaine.
  4. Top with freshly grated parmesan.
