This will be your GO-TO Asian-style chicken marinade – super easy to make and perfect for meal prep, it features collagen- and protein-rich bone broth along with anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting ingredients. Simply marinate chicken overnight for maximum nutrition, flavor, and tenderness – and minimum effort when you’re in a rush to get dinner on the table.
Marinade ingredients:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 packed Thai coconut instant bone broth
- 1-3 tbsp sriracha (optional)
For the chicken:
- 4 chicken thighs
- Green onions for topping
- Sliced red chillies for topping
How to:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Rub onto chicken and let marinate in the fridge overnight.
2. The next day, bake your chicken at 425F until cooked through.
