Ingredients:
- 2, 28-oz cans of diced tomatoes (approximately)
- 1 - 2 packets of Homestyle bone broth
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 - 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp oregano & basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Ground pepper to taste
Instructions:

Sauté your garlic and spices in the oil for 45 seconds to a minute.
- Add in diced tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, Instant bone broth packet, salt, and pepper, and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes (or longer if you'd like).
Optional: For a creamier soup, remove some of the soup and blend it, then add it back to the pot, or use an immersion blender in the pot for a few seconds until you reach your desired consistency.
