15-minute tomato soup

Yes, please! 🍅🔥 This simple, nourishing recipe comes together in a flash with just two cans of tomatoes, a handful of pantry staples, and our Homestyle instant bone broth for a hidden protein boost you won’t taste—but your body will thank you for! The bone broth adds extra depth and flavor, plus essential nutrients and minerals – while keeping that rich, classic tomato taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2, 28-oz cans of diced tomatoes (approximately) 
  • 1 - 2 packets of Homestyle bone broth 
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 - 4 minced garlic cloves 
  • 1 tbsp oregano & basil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Ground pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Sauté your garlic and spices in the oil for 45 seconds to a minute.
  2. Add in diced tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, Instant bone broth packet, salt, and pepper, and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes (or longer if you'd like). 

Optional: For a creamier soup, remove some of the soup and blend it, then add it back to the pot, or use an immersion blender in the pot for a few seconds until you reach your desired consistency.
