We want you to love our products just as much as we do…

But, in the event of damage, an incorrect order, or you are simply dissatisfied with a flavour, contact us at within seven days of receiving your order. Because this is a food item, we can not take the product back but we can issue you a refund. In your email, include your reason for requesting a refund, your order number and, if you have damaged product, please provide a photo of the damage and the best before date code. It’s that simple!
