Ingredients
- 100g frozen peas
- 100g frozen edamame
- 1/2 block soft tofu
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese (or yogurt)
- 1/2 packet Homestyle bone broth
- 2 garlic cloves minced, or 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1-2 handfuls fresh basil

Instructions:

Blanch the peas and edamame in boiling water for 2-3 mins (or simply heat them up) then drain.

Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth.
