Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs 
  • 2-4 cups spinach 
  • 1 cup shredded cheese 
  • 1 cup roasted red pepper
  • ¾ cup almond flour 
  • ¼ cup coconut flour or ½ cup buckwheat flour 
  • 1 packet Naked instant bone broth 
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How-to:

  1. Crack and scramble eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mix in instant bone broth.
  3. Add both types of flour, cheese, spinach, roasted red peppers, salt, pepper and baking powder.
  4. Form rounds on a baking tray.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.

Tip: Make a big batch and stash in the freezer!
