Mediterranean Savory Oat Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Feta cheese
  • Black olives
  • Baby spinach (cooked with garlic + oil)
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 packet Homestyle Instant Bone Broth
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Optional: chilli flakes, salt to taste

How to:

  1. In a small pot, heat olive oil and sauté grated garlic.
  2. Add bone broth packet, oregano, and water. Stir.
  3. Add oats, mix, and cover. Stir occasionally until cooked.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, feta, and a soft-boiled egg.
  5. Finish with chilli flakes + salt if desired.
