15-minute cauliflower gnocchi

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack cauliflower gnocchi (or 2 portions of any gnocchi of your choice) 
  • 1 cup frozen peas 
  • 1 onion, chopped 
  • ¼ cup of cream or full fat milk 
  • 1 packet Homestyle bone broth
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ lemon, juiced 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:  

  1. Sauté onion.
  2. Add milk or cream and instant bone broth. 
  3. Add peas, gnocchi, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper.  
  4. Let simmer, and mix occasionally until creamy and heated through.
